“Turn-key delivery“ -the implementation stage of our projects involve a combination of services in four stages:

1. Consulting stage

• primary consulting with the customer
• construction site assessment
• technological design

HYDROTECH offers the possibility to verify operational parameters for WWT pilot plants, and provides technical and economical evaluation of any existing plants for purposes of their reconstruction or for increasing capacity.

2. Design and construction stage

• formulating the complete project documentation for final approval
• civil engineering construction
• delivery of the technological documentation
• finalization of the construction part of the project

The company has its own in-house design and technological departments. Construction can be implemented by ourselves or in co-operation with a local company, which could lower costs for the investor.

3. Production and delivery stage

• production of the equipment and supporting fabrications
• delivery, installation, individual and overall testing
• formulation of evaluation reports

Production is realised in our own in-house workshops. We only use top quality stainless materials and equipment to ensure long-term operating life and reliability, that are supplied by local and long-established partners.

4. Operation and service stage

• testing, operation & start-up
• maintenance & staff training
• operational manual
• guarantee services
• systematic monitoring and evaluation of plant operation
• After-sales customer care services
