Wastewater treatment pilot plant for industrial waste water

For several months, Hydrotech has intensively dealt with pilot plant testing of food industry waste water with high concentrations of organic compounds (COD), sulphur and dissolved inorganic salts. In the first phase, aerobic bacteria were applied so oxygen was needed for them to be able to treat them. After several important adjustments of technology, the process began to work perfectly and the system treats the waste water not exceeding required limits. In the second phase, Hydrotech made a decision to try to treat waste water in anaerobic way. The high loaded IC reactor parameters and treating limits are determined by gradual system loading. Pilot testing results seem very promising, so far.
